Privacy Policy

Your privacy is in safe hands here at Lizard Music. Our staff tends toward privacy extremism, and we are moderately obsessed with methods of protecting our (and your) privacy. If we could find a way to sell you all this good stuff without collecting lots of personal information (and using the security equivalent of swiss cheese - credit cards) we'd be all over it.

In the meantime, we promise:
  • We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or any personal information to any third party under any condition whatsoever.

  • We will not rent, sell or provide information about your browsing habits or purchasing choices to any third party under any condition whatsoever.

  • We will not rent, sell or provide information about your browsing habits or purchasing choices to the Artists you purchase from. You may choose however to receive free information updates from Artists by selecting this option from their home page.

  • We will not purchase and use information about you from any third party. They shouldn't be trying to sell it to us! Likewise we don't analyze any cookies you may have mistakenly accepted that are transmitted to all websites. (You should disable that in your browser)

  • We use cookies to make your shopping more convenient, but the use of cookies is not required. Every feature of LizardMusic is available without cookies. Our cookie is only sent back to LizardMusic.

  • We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our partners, artists or other third parties for research purposes. To make this clear, we will not tell them that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them that 2,500 people did.

  • We will absolutely respect your choices about e-mail you wish to receive or not, unless the matter is of a legal or special nature requires your knowledge. This will include changes to this privacy policy, and notification if our database is ever compromised.

  • Unfortunately, we may be required by legal process to provide information about a customer to law enforcement. We will only do so with a court order, a warrant or other signed paperwork provided through due legal process.

Since our offerings, technology, and the law all change at rapid rates, we reserve the right to change, modify, or add to our Privacy Policy at any time. If the changes are significant, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the changes and asking you to review the policy again. Security Policy

LizardMusic uses SSL/TLS encryption technology to protect your credit card information. At any time that you are entering personal information, your entire session will encrypted and protected from spying eyes.

Your personal preferences and order information are protected by your cookie, or username & password. If you forget your password, we allow you to email your password to the email address listed in your LizardMusic account. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer in a hotel, school or any other public environment.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order and on receipts of any type.

Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit under the following conditions:
  1. If the product is damaged in shipment.
  2. If the product does not function according to original intent
    CD does not play, or has defects. Video is damaged in some fashion, etc.
The item must be returned exactly as received, within 5 days of receipt. Absolutely no returns accepted after 10 days of receipt. All other sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped today if prior to 4pm PST on a weekday, or on the next working day otherwise. All shipments are done using U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are $2.50 for all orders, plus $1.00 per item for most items. Some large items may carry additional shipping charges. Priority or Express shipping charges are extra.

International Orders: We'll ship to anywhere. If you can give us a valid address on Luna, we'll ship the item to you there ;-)

Out of Stock Items

If we're unable to ship your order within 2 working days we will hold your credit card charge and notify you via email of when we expect to ship it. We will not charge your card for the item until it ships out to you.
